If you have any questions
relating to daily maintenance of the equipment or any other queries,
contact the Technical Information Center directly by fax or e-mail.
The fax number and e-mail address are given on the sticker attached
to the equipment or the poster in the room where the equipment is
located. You will be asked to fill in a form detailing the inquiry.
This form will be sent to you by the Technical Information Center.
When you have filled in the form, please return it to the Technical
Information Center. |

Inquiry is relayed to manufacturer
through OMETA etc. |

Affter being checked
by the Technical Information Center, the inquiry is conveyed to the
manufacturer through OMETA. |

Direct reply from manufacturer |
|
The manufacturer replies
directly to the local organization that made the inquiry. At the same
time, the reply is relayed to the Technical Information Center through
OMETA. |

Provision of reference information |
|
Technical information
accumulated by the Technical Informatiton Center is made available
to JICA as reference information. |
